I must say, this place is absolutely fantastic! I visited for the first time this past Thursday and had an amazing experience. When we arrived, there was a bit of a wait, so we signed in. To our surprise, we were seated almost immediately. I would recommend that couples come with a group, as it’s easier to find seating for four than for two. I tried the Baba Yaga beer along with the Carson pepper melt topped with brisket, and it was delicious! The outdoor seating was cozy, and they were screening "A Nightmare on Elm Street." I traveled up from South Orange County to meet friends on the outdoor patio before The Rolling Stones concert in Inglewood on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Unfortunately, we weren't prepared for the strong, unpleasant smell in the air—this isn't the restaurant's fault, but it would have been helpful to have that noted in the OpenTable description. Additionally, I was surprised to find that they don't serve food on Sundays. The staff were great and provided excellent service, but the environmental odor issue in the area was quite disappointing as of October 2021.
My boyfriend and I have visited this restaurant before, but last night’s experience was quite different from our previous ones. Firstly, we made a reservation for a group of six but were never informed that we needed to bring our vaccination cards. Secondly, the food menu was a major letdown! I'm not sure if it was due to an event happening that night, but they only offered pies for dinner! It seemed like the regular menu was available only to those attending the event. We had built up this place for our friends, so we left feeling very disappointed.
The food menu has changed drastically since COVID. Went months ago and they had only sandwiches on the menu which were quite tasty. Went this past Friday ordered tacos. Not great at all. Hoping they bring back the menu they had pre- COVID. Really miss the feature dip

The new Phantom isn't as good as the old one. The food menu is unappealing and lacks all the classic pub favorites we used to love. I won't be returning anytime soon unless they make some positive changes.
Phantom has a great ordering system for ordering online while dining in. The drinks came fast. I am glad they keep vegetarian options available.
Service was not good then ambience is weird. The vibe is weird and the movie choice was weird. Overall did not enjoy this place.
I love that we’re able to order and pay by phone. It makes everything so easy! Excellent beer choices d the food is delicious!

Food is mediocre. Selection of beer is decent. Atmosphere is better than average. Overall it is a decent spot.
Fun ambience, good fries, Great beer. What more can you ask for?
