I won't say its a bad deli... but on the contrary they have favoritism. I went ordered two sandwiches, I was told not to order with the person making the sandwich. Can you believe people walked in and I saw them ordering with the person in the kitchen. I then was surprised because I arrived before others and my sandwiches were given to me after the people who walked in.. It's quite ridiculous and outrageous, just to point out I ordered cold sandwiches so its impossible mine wouldn't have been done. Not to mention of course I was furious, Im pregnant. So i'm standing there just watching people who walked in after me leave before me with HOT food. Their sandwiches are delicious. But the unfair...
Good deli, big menu, good food. They have tons of items to choose from and they take credit card which in the bronx is still a rarity for most deli's.Typically I order breakfast from here, but I have ordered regular deli sandwiches here and they have been good. I ordered 3 spiced ham, egg and cheese sandwiches with black pepper on 3 separate occasions and they have all been perfect! So the consistency is definitely there. Only issue is parking can be a little hard, but it's NYC what can you expect.I would highly recommend stopping in and having a bite to eat and getting a bev!
I purchased a sandwich for lunch and it was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. It was essentially a roll filled with blue cheese. The sandwiches I received did not match the photos posted online, and it seems like some of the images may have been from McDonald's. I recommend staying away from this restaurant as the food is terrible and it is a waste of money.
This sandwich was a complete disappointment! It did not resemble a proper sandwich at all. I ordered white American cheese but received unappetizing yellow cheese instead. The customer service was awful as well - they even hung up on me. They really need to improve their sandwich-making skills.

I am extremely disappointed. I frequently order from this restaurant, but today I received burned eggs and a soggy plate. This is not acceptable, especially considering the prices on Uber Eats. Additionally, it is crucial for the restaurant to pay attention to customer notes.
