Although I was fine with my seating, the server moved my menu to a spot I didn’t like. On top of that, the water cup he brought me was cracked and caused puddles on the table. Even after seeing me wipe it up, he never replaced the cup. The worst part came after I paid my bill with exact change. He had the nerve to ask where the tip was. I was shocked, and his attempt to brush it off by saying, “Wasn’t the food made with love?” felt incredibly inappropriate. My food wasn’t packed up, and I wasn’t ready to leave. Normally, I leave a cash tip on the table when I leave, but this time I had to explain that I hadn’t left yet and planned to leave a tip. Feeling very uncomfortable, I went to the c...

The vibes were nice and the servers/staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired I tried many different dishes and all of them were disappointing. The spring rolls were dry and had too much lettuce, the panh xeo crust was too thick and doughy, and the pho was lacking in flavor. The best dish we had was a Thai dish the pad see ew The menu just has way too many items, including a lot of Chinese and Korean cuisines. I would recommend downsizing it significantly to focus on a few quality dishes and to make it less overwhelming. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve ordered from here 4/5 times and each time there is something disappointing. The wings are good but that’s about it. For the money you pay it’s unfortunately not worth it to eat here anymore. I got the pho ga and more than half of the chicken was undesirable rubbery dark bits. I understand these pieces are technically fine to eat but the texture is off and it’s generally unappealing to see in my soup. Also the broth really doesn’t have much flavor without doctoring it up at home.

The food at Pho 1 Brighton is outstanding and very affordable. Although their Vietnamese dishes are the highlight, it’s great that they also have a selection of Thai and Japanese cuisine. Keep in mind that the service can be a bit slow, but the staff is friendly, so it’s best to go in without expecting a speedy experience. Book a table now

The summer rolls at Pho 1 Brighton were poorly constructed, featuring mostly vegetables with very few shrimp. The beef noodle bowl had an unusual sour flavor, and the noodles were stuck together in a clump instead of being the straight, long strands they should be. Overall, my experience with the menu was disappointing.

The bun at Pho 1 Brighton was quite disappointing, and the noodles were cut into tiny pieces, which was unexpected. The banh mi and pho were decent, but they didn’t have the authentic taste I was hoping for from the menu.

The stairs to the bathroom were confusing, but the food was great! There was a wide variety of Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Book a table now

We ordered two Thai iced teas without milk and one regular iced tea. However, we received two Thai iced teas with milk and one without. Additionally, the Bo Luc Lac beef was tough.
