I visited the restaurant on a weekday at 3:00 PM when it was relatively quiet—exactly the kind of atmosphere I enjoy. I absolutely loved their spring rolls; I'm pretty sure they were made fresh since they arrived after the pho. There were four large pieces, and I couldn’t get enough of them! When I returned, however, the pieces didn’t seem as big as I remembered. Maybe it was just my hunger playing tricks on me?
I'm not sure what has happened to this place. I think they might have changed owners or chefs. I visited on Friday, April 19th, around 9 AM, and the pho was disappointing. The soup had a soy sauce flavor, which is definitely not acceptable for pho. The noodles were mushy and overly starchy. I couldn't even finish the bowl. I hope it was just a bad day for them. On the plus side, they still load up on the meats!
The food is very good, fresh, and reasonably priced. The venue is clean and comfortable. Not located in the best area but the food is very authentic and tasty. There is plenty of parking and you don't have to worry about long

Pho tasted acceptable with fresh vegetables but my friend having bun cha gio thit nuong was small pieces of meat, cha-gio a lot of bun it wasn’t pleasant and flavorful.
The chicken was very old. What is wrong with these people. Think we can't tell the difference.?Disappointing...
