My boyfriend and I stopped by this pho place after a day of shopping, but it looked pretty uninviting from the outside. Despite my reservations, my boyfriend encouraged me to give it a try. Once inside, we were greeted by a messy and unclean environment. It took quite a while for someone to even notice us, and I seriously considered walking out. Unfortunately, we decided to stay, and I really should have trusted my instincts. The food and service were both awful. The only redeeming feature was the Sprite, which came in a can. I even ended up feeling sick afterward. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
I can’t believe GOOGLE removed my review from years ago! So here I am, putting it back up as a one-star review. This place is WAY overpriced, even before inflation (thanks, Brandon!). The portions were small back then, especially for the price. It feels like you’re getting a kid's portion for an adult price now. Plus, they automatically add a tip to your bill without asking for your consent.
This is one of the worst Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. I ordered the grilled pork over noodles, which is usually a straightforward dish. However, the portion size was quite small given the price I paid. The pork was not well-seasoned, and they didn't prepare the homemade fish sauce properly. I cannot recommend this place and don't plan on returning.
It's disappointing to see this pho restaurant decline so significantly. It used to be a regular spot for my family and me. The bathroom is in poor condition, the tables are peeling, and the pho and noodle dishes have become just average. Perhaps the COVID lockdowns affected their business, but there are definitely better options in the area now.

I've only been there once before, and today was my second visit. The server wrongly accused me of not paying and seemed to mix me up with someone else. It felt very discriminatory. She kept insisting that I was a regular customer, but I had just left.
They have really declined. The soup is just okay now, lacking the flavor it used to have. One time I even walked by and they were closed. The last time I visited, I had a meal there and the woman serving was quite rude to me.
We live close by and this is our go-to pho and their summer rolls (fresh) are delicious. I always order the rice plate with the grilled shrimp and it's always perfectly cooked. The lady who always attends us is very kind.
