Pho is good, and value is good. Awkward smell when I first sat down, and it turned me off. The smell seemed to come from the dirty floors, or the table itself. I was concerned, but stuck it through because I know they serve a good bowl of Pho.After 5 minutes of acclimating to the smell, it didn't bother me any longer. Maybe it was the specific table I was at only, but the smell was unpleasant didn't provide me with the most positive ambience.The Pho was really good. Kevin's Noodle House is a mid-tier Vietnamese restaurant that is very popular and an anchor store for this plaza. They have a very good variety of dishes from soup noodles (pho, fat rice noodles and egg noodles) to rice plates and vermicelli bowls. Nothing stands out as unique though. They were really busy on a Friday for lunch with a small line outside. We had the #1, pho dac biet $13, #2 pho dac biet with beef balls $14.25 (L) and a wings $13. Everything tasted fine and the food came out fast. The staff here are hard working and I appreciate their service.
The staff not friendly or not understanding my need. When I call in to confirm the special request. the staff keep telling me I need to pick on the side order. but side order not even available on the website. I told them they can add to my bill. the staff not willing to do that. because they cant add on my order and I didn't pay for side order I only want to add an egg). The staff told me I can go in to pay for the side order. OMG. if I want to go pick up up the food. I don't need to order delivery.
I really enjoy Kevin's Pho. The only reason I don’t give them a five-star rating is that occasionally they forget items from my order or provide something completely different. This has happened a few times, but I have been able to get a full or partial refund each time. I just wish this issue would be resolved.

I visited the San Francisco area for a couple of days and discovered a restaurant that feels just like the classic pho places I’m used to. I ordered the usual rare beef, tendon, and tripe, and the food tasted like home. I would definitely return!
The experience was quite average. The soup lacked any distinctive flavor and was rather bland. The most disappointing aspect was the noodles, which had no chewiness and tasted like they had been overly soaked in water.
I returned to Pho Huynh Hiep, this time at their Skyline Plaza location! The menu is exactly the same, so I went with my usual choice: the #2 Small. It was delicious and so comforting!
Great pho and shrimp cakes! Everyone i know from daly city refers this as the pho spot. Service is very very fast. Prices are fair. But dont go during weekends because it gets PACKED!

The authentic pho here is consistently excellent. I highly recommend the Pho Dat Biet, which is fantastic, as well as the Pho Tai, Gau, which is also wonderful.
Dat Biet Xe Lua has a fantastic taste and generous portion sizes. The Tai Bo Vien is authentic and offers great value for money.
