Cleanliness is a big priority for me, and I found the utensils to be quite unsanitary. The pho itself had a decent flavor, but we had to request the fresh herbs, and the quality of the meat was poor—mostly fatty and thin pieces. To make matters worse, the staff started mopping and moving chairs around 30 minutes before closing, which made us feel rushed. They even informed us about closing just five minutes before the hour. We arrived around 8:10 PM, which I understand might be close to closing, but it’s now clear that we won’t be returning.

I ordered two beef pho combinations and a bun rieu through DoorDash using our monthly credit. Both dishes were delicious! However, they only offer large and extra-large sizes, and the large felt more like a small. It didn't come with many toppings. Each dish was around $14. I was able to swap the round rice noodles for the thin pho rice noodles, but I wish I could have exchanged the thin noodles for fresh wide rice noodles, which they don’t offer. I also hoped to see more crab cake pieces in the bun rieu; there were only two.
Always come here with my brother and the food is stellar each time. The staff are very respectful and straight to the point.
