I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of a female staff member at the front. She was quite rude and immediately yelled at customers to wear masks upon entering. When the next customer came in after me, he apologized profusely for not putting on a mask right away, as if he had committed a serious offense, given the stern way she addressed him. Additionally, if there was an issue with a drink, she would react in an overly dramatic manner. Overall, her negative attitude significantly detracted from the customer experience. I won’t be returning, and for the manager’s reference, this occurred with the female employee on Sunday, December 19th at 2:00 PM.
Phoenix Coffee Co. was a great place to go. Delicious drinks and helpful person taking orders who recommended things to try as well as describing in detail what drinks consisted of. Knowledgeable and friendly people working there, as well as a beautiful environment with lots of plants and large windows, made this place a treat to visit. I got a drink of Jasmine green tea with a lavender simple syrup. It tasted like I was drinking a flower, in the very best way possible. I wish they didn't have so much single-use plastic there. If they offered no-plastic cups or allowed you to bring your own cup to promote sustainability, I would definitely add a star!
I absolutely love this coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, and they offer two dairy-free milk options. What I appreciate most about Phoenix Coffee is their selection of vegan and gluten-free pastries. It's not often that I find something to eat at a coffee shop, so I was thrilled to have delicious options available! My favorite item is definitely the pumpkin fig scone!
I didn’t know they switched to take out only, but very understandable. I appreciate this coffee shop. It is such a beautiful and comfortable coffee house. They make the best coffee. I got a cappuccino, and it was delicious. It tastes like black coffee with a tiny hint of sweetener.

I really appreciated that they offered vegan pastry options! It's not something you come across frequently in cafes. The only downside is that the staff don't appear to be very friendly. I've visited three times, but overall, it's still a decent experience!
It’s good coffee! However, they’re flavors are limited, so keep that in mind! I enjoyed a simple iced latte with soy milk. The prices weren’t bad, and the atmosphere is nice. I would go back if I were in the area, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.
The coffee is nice. Got a good location, many places to park the car. We got an espresso and cortado for beverages and a lemon blueberry muffin, all was delicious. Also the place is well decorated.
This is a great place to grab a morning boost. I stopped by on a rainy, chilly morning and treated myself to a fall spice latte, which I admit is a bit cliché, but it really hit the spot!

Latte is very familiar to me. It tastes much like Heinie Bros’ coffee in Louisville. Good selection of pastries. Sitting for about 18 people.
