Busy but food was okay. Phu Quoc is a Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant located at the top of the shopping strip of Cabramatta. We decided to have lunch here as we were recommended to try the sugar cane prawn and fried rice paper rolls. We also tried the crispy chicken with fried egg rice and freshly made lemon juice. I did enjoy the sugar cane prawn, it was sweet and salty, nice balance of flavors. It came with 2 big sugar cane prawns, a plate of rice paper sheets, hot water to dip the sheets, basket of variety of mint, lettuce, strips of cucumber and bean sprouts which I decided not to have. There was also vermicelli, pickled carrot and radish. It tasted nice when wrapped into a roll a...

I love the 'bun dac biet' here and would dare say it goes in the top 5 list of my favourite Viet dishes at a restaurant (outside of Mum's cooking of course). Bun dac biet is the vermicelli salad special. It has vermicelli, Vietnamese salad leaves, cucumber and an array of items: spring rolls, grilled pork, prawn cake, nem nuong (a Vietnamese pork patty though on some occasions I've been served fresh nem chua, which is a fermented pork), and shredded pork skin. All topped and mixed with a fish sauce dressing. It is the best of all worlds if you are looking for a Vietnamese dish to try but are unable to pick from the many other menu options.

It doesn't get much better than this.. the food is insanely good! So much flavour, clean restaurant, good service, and cheap! Everything you want in a restaurant. Definitely my go-to when i need my Vietnamese food fix.

Went here today for dinner. I love that they have a variety of dishes both Vietnamese and Chinese! But the broth of Bun nuoc leo and the soup from Com are a bit salty. I got 2 candies when paid lol.
