Alright. This review is solely about the service. They are UNBELIEVABLY slow at this location. Like, REALLY slow. I dropped off my girls here. The line was barely half way to the door. I went to Bevmo, then Albertsons (across the street), came back, and they STILL hadn't even ordered. Total time from entry to getting the 2 pizzas was literally 30 min. Literally 30 min. Never again.
Worst service I think I’ve ever received. Stood there for 5 minutes, only one in line while 3 people stood there laughing and giggling.Pizza was not cooked all the way. Brownie and chocolate chip cookie were so hard I almost broke a tooth. Should have gotten refunded for the whole meal.
The pizza was decent, but I was disappointed to find that a slice was missing when I got home. Not cool at all. I would have considered going back, but I’d prefer to choose another place that actually gives you your entire pizza.
I would give this a negative star if I could . This is my take out! I asked to speak to a manager . Enzo was extremely rude. Horrible customer service . He said to call back on a Tuesday that’s when there is a manager available. Book a table now
In my opinion, Pieology is at the top of the self-assembled pizza food chain. I’ve had unmatched quality of food at every location I’ve visited, and customer service is also very efficient as a general rule
Never left a review for anything. But this place was terrible. Workers were rude as hell. Place was dirty. Kept selling drinks to customers even tho the drink machine was completely out of everything.
They have customizable pizza option. They also have vegan and gluten free options. I had vegan gluten free pizza. There are a variety of toppings to choose from. Loved it.
The customer service was disappointing, and the pizza arrived with a lot of water on it, leaving me puzzled about where it came from! Book a table now
