Pier 95 - Table reservation

I would only recommend this restaurant if your server is Jose. This was our 41st wedding anniversary and I was so looking forward to having dinner here. My husband and I have been here several times before for dinner and our server was always Jose. While they are known for slow service, Jose always checked with us if we needed anything or even to clean the crumbs off our table. The server we had on this particular occasion was awful! SHE delivered a pitcher of sangria with 2 glasses, which I did not ask for, I only wanted a glass of sangria. Unfortunately, our experience was not very good. People who were seated after us, were waited on before we were. We had to ask for menus, bread plates, drinks... Our server seemed to have too many tables. When our food finally arrived, the seafood was mostly overcooked and the skirt steak was tough. Sadly, we not be returning.

Cute Restaurant over looking pier...picturesque! My stuffed shrimp was excellent. Celebrated a birthday here!
