The food is okay, but we encountered some issues with our online pick-up order. The estimated time for pick-up was 15 minutes, but when we arrived 40 minutes later, we were informed that we would have to wait an additional 15 minutes. On a previous occasion, we arrived 20 minutes after placing an order and had to wait over an hour for our food. The quality of the food does not justify the lengthy wait times.
Good food. Large portions, don't get greedy. My husband ordered the Big Papi empanada but wanted his own because he wasn't sure how big they were. It was the size of his head. Then ordered a couple more. It was too much! All delicious and affordable.
not only that they trembled me along and told me 20 minutes, then 20 more to wait a full hour, they left the sink and tomato in my sandwich. they just gave me bread and cheese. have I been waiting for an hour? very bad taste in my mouth.
The pork in the Cuban sandwich was slightly dry, but overall I would still order it again. There was a bit of a wait for the takeout, around 30 minutes.
