I would have given Pino's 5 stars, as the food was REALLY good .... but I found the wine list didn't have enough choices at the lower end of the price bracket. There's no doubting that the wine list is excellent in the number of outstanding wines from Italy( I can see why it has been nominated for awards) but for a mid week meal I think there should be more options in the $70 $90 range.Food wise we had the handmade burrata with proscuitto floss to start and it was delicious, can highly recommend this and make sure you get their house made bread to accompany it. Booked, reserved and confirmed our booking at 6:15 for my wifes bday dinner.As there were storms our route took longer than expected with detours. As theres a 15min widow i asked my wife to call whilst we drove around for half an hour looking for parking.On arrival they said your table has been given away. I mentioned ive been looking for parking for over 30min and their response was sorry you should have called i told her i did and she just said you can sit outside which was cold and wet.Note to manager a courtesy call would be great especially when the booking has been reserved by cardWe left and found a great italian restaurant 4 min away Casa Mia Osteria.
The food, the staff the ambiance of this establishment is truly amazing. The manager Rachele is simply a amazing assets to the business. Their couldn’t be a better person running the business. If you want the best Italian food you’ve ever eaten aswell as exception service this is the place to go. Your guaranteed an amazing night with exception food and service. Couldn’t rate it higher.
Such a warm and wonderful experience at Pino’s. From the moment we sat down until we left we felt like part of the family. All of the staff and Matteo the owner really went above and beyond. The food 10/10, the wine 10/10, the service 10/10, the meloncello 10000000/10.

Had a great dinner on Sunday night. Food was impeccable, and Rachele and the team have been very attending and friendly. Lovely, cozy and warm atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. Looking forward to my next visit
The service was shocking and I wont be coming back. I wanted to have a nice birthday dinner and it was ruined by the managers poor customer etiquette which rubbed off on otherstaff members
Food was bad and service was worse. I wouldn’t bother coming here. The manager was rolling her eyes and talking rude in Italian (which I can understand)
One of Sydney’s best hidden gems.The bistecca alla fiorentina and spanner crab pasta were phenomenal as well as a great wine selection.
