Pirate Life South Melbourne is a large industrial-style brewery with fantastic meat dishes! We visited on a Sunday for their roast and were lucky to be there during their 10th anniversary, which featured some incredible beers—I even found a new favorite lager! Unfortunately, the beef Sunday roast was sold out by 3 pm, so we opted for the slow-cooked ribs instead. They were incredibly tender and juicy! The potatoes were also excellent—crispy and full of flavor. My friend’s portion wasn’t quite enough, so we added an antipasto of their wagyu bresaola, which I absolutely loved.
