Really disappointed have used taste card 25% discount here 3 times, however today drove to the store to be told I can't use it because the boss isn't there. Despite me saying I've used it 3 times. Guy at the till still refused it and said it's for Shoreham when it clearly shows Brighton and Shoreham as 2 seperate places. Had to leave in the end which was obviously not ideal when youre hungry. I used pit and pal a lot but will not no longer use due to this service. Pretty annoyed about it. And won't be recommending anyone anymore. Was a loyal customer and now will go elsewhere.
