This was terrible. Usually the service is fine but this girl working was unbelievably rude. She was coughing all over everything. I wouldn’t finish and she would say “is that all?”. She sighed when I added another thing to my order. Sighed again once I asked for a different kind of lettuce. She also just threw everything on my wrap, while coughing and not covering her mouth. She handed me my wrap and said nothing else. Just walked away with a scowl on her face. I am very dissatisfied.
The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. According to Google, the College Heights location was supposed to open at 10 am, but when I arrived, I was told they actually opened at 11 am. Despite this, I returned at 11 am only to be told they needed another 10 minutes. The staff's attitudes were rude and unprofessional, and they did not apologize for the inconvenience. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being a customer. I will not be returning to this location.
I entered the restaurant to pick up my order. I noticed a young woman behind the counter who appeared to not be an employee, as she was eating her own pita and frothy drink, without a uniform, hair net, or gloves. When I tried to communicate my purpose for being there, to get my dinner, she turned her back to me and went to stand by the stove, causing some of her food to fall on the floor. I decided to leave.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The server made me feel like I was bothering her by ordering food. This is the second time I have had this experience at this particular location. I will not be coming back. All the other locations I have visited have been great, but unfortunately not this one. Pita itself was decent, but the staffs attititude was horrendous. I almost feel bad because she seemed miserable. The pita was extremely dry and crumbling, likely due to its oversized portion resembling a football. It was difficult to enjoy, shaking my head in disappointment.
The Spicy Black Bean pita at this restaurant is unbeatable, and I love that they always prepare it according to my preferences. Book a table now
smoothie was fine. The Regular Salad was so tiny for how many things I added, it was like a side salad.
