If I could give my meal zero stars, I would. The woman who prepared my food rushed through grilling my meat as if it were a competition. It was only on the grill for about 30 seconds, and my vegetables were still cold. The staff needs to understand that people's health is at risk here. Salmonella and food poisoning are serious matters. Additionally, the woman who prepared my meal did not even change her gloves after completing the previous order. What if someone has allergies to certain vegetables? While I do not have any allergies, they should be more mindful of these things.
Unfortunately I won't be coming back here again. I got a regular tropical storm smoothie with spinach for $8.They poured someone's leftover half tropical storm smoothie that was sitting on the counter into the blender and added some spinach. Not only was it not fresh or cold it also barely filled the cup.The girl walked away before I could even say anything to her which is why I'm writing this review hoping for a refund. Definitely not worth the price.
I went to the Pita pit two times this week. The girls the staff are all top-notch. Thank you guys all so very much for understanding my situation and how difficult I can be when ordering you guys were calm and patient with me and I appreciate that it means a lot to me. I arrived at the restaurant around 4:30pm, right after a large 45-piece order that seemed to catch them off guard. Despite being very busy, the staff was extremely friendly and served me with a smile. I want to applaud the hardworking individuals behind the counter for their excellent service. Great guy working there at the pita pit Barton Street Hamilton location. Ididn't get his name. Tall curly hair, deep voice. Extremely nice, personable, helpful. He was very nice to everyone. Great experience picking up our food!?
The chicken shawarma is delicious! The falafel and bacon are also really good. I love going to Pita Pit for takeout because it's my favorite spot, especially since I am gluten-free. They offer gluten-free pitas on the menu.
One of the best pita pits i’ve been to!! Amazing customer service, and speedy as well! All the staff there were very sweet and accommodating of any special requests I had! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area :
Nick was exceptional. He was very friendly and genuine. I frequent Pita Pit often, but meeting Nick today was the highlight. He made my sandwich with the spread sauce perfectly. It was a flawless experience.

Terrible food handling, stale and unpleasant pita bread. No fresh ingredients. The owner doesn't seem to care and I wasn't surprised by my interaction with him. Definitely avoid this place.
