The staff at &pizza appears to be primarily from rural areas of Africa. Unfortunately, some of the new employees seem to exhibit a lack of cleanliness and attentiveness. While I was at the service window waiting for my order, I noticed a child nearby. During the order preparation, an employee wearing a cloth on his head adjusted his earphones and touched his phone, even blowing his nose without changing his gloves before handling the pizza. This was concerning, and I felt compelled to capture a photo of the situation. Overall, I found the service, food, and atmosphere to be very disappointing.
