I placed an online order tonight and the app confirmed a payment of £39. They gave me an order number but I never received an email. I tried calling but no one answered the phone. The payment was taken from my bank account but the order never arrived. I had to wait over an hour before placing an order elsewhere just in case it came. I have 3 hungry kids who were feeling sick and I am £39 down. I was not happy. I will be driving there tomorrow to get my money back. Some people may not have the funds to reorder. This experience was absolutely disgusting and I will never use them again.
This is normally our 'go to ' takeaway for pizza and usually we love the 'La Belle ' Pizza, however, super disappointed tonight. Pizza came quickly, about 25 mins but was very soggy in the middle, so much so, we had to scoop it up and it also had a very vinegary taste. I think the artichokes were in vinegar as opposed to the usual oil and did not taste good. Probably eont go again.
Been a few years since we've been to pizza casa. Unfortunately it's nowhere near the level it was. £13 for a 14in Margherita is a slap in the face when you're getting what is evidently a frozen base, tough, dry and tasteless. Hardly any cheese on the top, bland sauce and all round disappointing. Asda's pizza counter is better quality and a fraction of the price. Never again
We used to love Pizza Casa. Not sure what’s gone wrong. Agree with other comments about tasteless tough bases and flavourless pizza. Garlic bread was absolutely disgusting and went straight into the bin. Wedges partially cooked. An expensive meal that no one enjoyed. We have had nicer from the pizza counter in Asda. Used to love this place but we won’t bother again.

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. We spent over £45 and the food was barely edible. We requested extra cheese on two of the pizzas, but there was hardly any cheese at all. Two pizzas were so burnt they were as hard as cardboard, and the fries had no seasoning. Do not bother coming here, it's a complete rip-off with overcooked and overpriced food.
Awful giving the order over the phone no one ever gets the order correct repeat myself 2/3 times go through the order with them it’s still incorrect reappear myself again and then I think all is ok it arrives nothing is correct!!!! Food is nice when it’s correct it’s just a nightmare actually speaking to someone when ordering
Never again, warm pizza, definitely not a deep crust. It was also stale! Chicken wings x 8, tiny for £6.49, chips were barely warm and overpriced £2.49 for a tiny box to barely fill one adult) and my ask of a salad box on the order details was ignored … apology followed.
Why didn't I read reviews first..... Can honestly say that has to be the worst, cardboard, frozen Based tasteless pizza I have ever had! And paid 33.00 for the pleasure of it. Slap in the face for being lazy on a Friday night. God only knows how its still trading..

Fantastic as always! The service was excellent, the delivery was quick, and the food was delicious. They outshine Pizza Express in every way. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Easily the best takeaway for pizza in Widnes. Fresh, not greasy and always delivered in good time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
