I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut for family hour, but never received it. Although I got an email confirmation, my order wasn’t even in their system when I called. It turned out they used DoorDash for delivery, and the pizza was sent to the wrong address, arriving cold. The manager offered only a $25 credit, despite my $55 purchase and missing items. Reluctantly, I accepted. This was a terrible experience, and I will not order from Pizza Hut again. It’s especially frustrating since I didn’t use DoorDash. Absolutely awful service!

I ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut location a couple of months ago and they forgot a main ingredient—chicken. How do you forget such an obvious ingredient? A few weeks ago, I ordered again, and this time the mushrooms seemed old or spoiled. When I picked them out, they were like the skin of mushrooms, and the dough wasn’t cooked properly. This will be my last time using this location, and now I understand why they have more deals than other locations.

This was my first time visiting Pizza Hut, and I was impressed by the excellent service and delicious menu options. I will definitely be coming back.
