The waiter is always nice, but since John left things have gotten worse. My husband and I go there for their express lunch which now takes almost an hour to get your food. We ordered wings and fries and it took 45 minutes. I had 5 minutes to eat because I needed to go back to work. When John was manager we would get our food at max in 20 mins. If you have time to wait an hour for your food I 'm sure it 's not an issue. This has happened every time we go there.
Today's experience at this restaurant was really strange. Our waiter smelled very bad, which was unpleasant and unappetizing. Despite there being many staff members on the floor, our food was placed directly on the table without a napkin. The garlic bread was more like wonder bread than real garlic bread. If I had a sudden craving for Pizza Hut, that would be the only reason I would consider returning.
We stopped in October 1st while going through town. It was rough. Food came out not fully cooked. Pzones still cold in the middle. Took over an hour just to get food. We dined in. They've claimed several times they'd upload pizza hut cash to the rewards to make up for it and it's never once happened.
We work at Great Dane so we always pre-order to ensure it's here on time for lunch breaks. Has NEVER been on time! When you call you spend 20 minutes on hold and they just won't answer! Gone hungry more than once because of them. Book a table now
I had a great experience dining at a classic Pizza Hut that wasn't the typical modernized version. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. They should consider sticking with this traditional model.
I ordered a bottled drink and received it in a plastic cup. When I opened the cup it had black stuff floating around and at the bottom. My food was a little over done. Will not be ordering again.
We had an excellent lunch at this restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and polite, and the manager came by to ask how everything was.
I do not recommend this restaurant. They charge more than what is listed on their menus and do not honor the correct prices. Book a table now
