The customer service here is terribly disappointing. The manager there today on 11/25/23 had the worst customer service I've experienced, and I have been in customer service for 10 years. They never smile, are rude and condescending, and speak in a patronizing tone. The order was running 20 minutes late when we got there, and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes after we arrived. We ordered 5 pizzas online for a birthday party: 4 pepperoni, 1 cheese. For the cheese pizza, we asked for extra cheese instead of a topping. The woman at the desk greeted us with a sour face and said, "Are you the girl who ordered 5 pizzas?" We were told that they tried calling us for clarification of the order bec...
The woman at the front desk greeted us with a sour expression and asked, "Are you the one who ordered five pizzas?" She then informed us they had tried to call for clarification on the order because it wasn't clear. We had missed the call while grocery shopping next door. Instead of helping us, she lectured us about our supposedly incorrect order and refused to add extra cheese because the amount we paid was 40 cents short. I offered to cover the difference, but she responded that we would have to cancel the entire order, throw out all the pizzas, and remake them. I suggested simply remaking that one pizza or just adding a bit of cheese to the existing one since it would melt, but she wouldn...
Best Pizza Ever. Exactly what I ordered. So for years I have ordered pepperoni lovers or magnifico or ultra or whatever you like to call it. And all I have ever gotten just your plain ordinary pepperoni pizza. And here’s to best part. I have always paid for extra toppings. And paid dearly for it. And I also tip the driver on top of the delivery fee too. But todays someone finally listens to the customer. Me. Thanks again I will not be buying anymore pizza from no where else near me. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had. They didn't really put any sauce on the pizza and to get a normal amount of sauce, you have to pay extra for it. The onions were burned. The pasta Alfredo had virtually zero alfredo sauce on it. The cinnamon mini buns or rolls were undercooked. I tried cooking them more but the cream cheese icing tried to burn. Worst meal ever. I would never recommend this store nor will I be ordering from them again. A waste of $46! Book a table now
It would be a zero because I asked if they had chips and if they still sold the small pizza and I got hung up on befor I could even place my order. The lady also refused to serve others at the dance studio.
My pizza was made exactly as I requested and was ready even sooner than expected. It was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!
The new management has made me once again happy to patronize the local store.
