This place is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered two Pep Melts and Mild Wings, but they sent me two Meat Lovers Melts and Medium Wings instead. When I called to address the issue, they informed me that since it was an online order, they could only give me credit for one Melt and then credited me for the wings. It turns out they were out of Mild sauce and decided for me that I would be fine with Medium sauce. Unbelievable!
I really appreciate that this Pizza Hut still has a dining area. Many pizza places have eliminated their dining spaces, forcing you to take your food to go. However, I believe pizza tastes its best when it's fresh and hot out of the oven.
