Canceling orders without calling or giving updates at night Strong insistence by manager to provide only $10 or less store credit for said cancelled order we waited an hour for and only found out because we had to call Constant rude customer services like being put on hold while talking and asking questions. On hold multiple times over 15+ minutes total twice
