My first impression were the reviews. I saw some people had great experiences here, and others didn't. The phones weren't working when I parked nearby, so I walked over and dined in. The food was ok. I was trying to eat in peace, enjoying the privacy of being the only person there, and one of the individuals there starts talking to me about how some customers make him mad, and the things he does in retaliation. A specific example this employee used was one time this lady comes in complaining about the food, so he takes the name and number of this customer and bans her from the store. Dude... All I'm trying to do is eat in peace. I really don't want to hear about your other customers and how...
I recently had a great experience at this restaurant and would likely give it 4.5 stars if I could. I did have to call multiple times, as there isn't a system in place to avoid busy signals. However, the phone staff were professional and friendly, which I really appreciated. I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I arrived right on time, and my pizza was incredibly hot and freshly boxed. The service was quick, and the pizza itself was fantastic.
I would have given them a 5 star however upon arriving to the location I asked about the ladies bathroom being out of order, I was informed by a manager it was and it would be for a while. She informed me I could use the men’s which is what they have been doing and that they have been cleaning themselves..to my disappointment it was filthy dirty all I could do was rushed to wash my hands and got out as fast as I could. Watched server try to give our pizza to another table. 10 minutes later she brings to the table cold.. Huge peppers and onions thrown on top of the little cheese it had. Pizza melt was burnt. Bread sticks were delicious.. I would think it would have been a great meal since the parking lot was empty. The service was fine. We had two pizza's to go and when we got home the pizza crust was very hard, almost like the pizza dough had been sitting there too long. When you chew the crust it got dry in your mouth. We do order once a month and have never had a problem like that.
Can’t give a food review as wasn’t able to eat there as they closed to dining room down. Guessing for the. Night. I was hungry for pizza but sorry i prefer to sit down at a table and eat as I drive truck over the road and dislike eating in my truck.
Fast,friendly, helpful experience. Food looked great, tasted great, looked great. We live 40 min away an food was still warm when we got it home!!
