Today, Sunday, April 5, 2020, at about 3:20 in the afternoon, I went to buy pizza and chicken wings in this place, when I arrived I realized that the pizza staff had no masks, no bag or something that would protect the hair. , and unluckily I found a hair on the chicken wings I am angry and scared there is a virus outside! I had my mask and my hands in my pocket and everything for what? so that someone inconsiderate does not use protection when they are serving the food this is really unhygienic and disgusting I hope I don't get sick you pizza hut people are unfortunate
The curbside pickup is usually convenient, but this time it was disappointing. I waited an hour for my pizza, which seemed to be due to a lack of attention and effort from the staff. A young man informed me at 8:40 PM that it would be ready in 5 minutes, which was acceptable. However, I didn't actually receive my pizza until 9:30 PM. By then, my 6-year-old in the backseat was getting restless—the main reason I had placed the order originally. I did order another pizza later, but the service still did not meet expectations.
Literally the most unprofessional pizza hut I've ever been to!!! When I walked in all of the staff was sitting and I wasn't greeted. Not to mention the restaurant was dirty! Once I greeted the staff,, one male said something but mumbled. He then got upand proceeded to be disrespectful when handing me the pizza. As I'm walking out he made a disrespectful remark toward me, whilethe other workers laughed. Overall I'm very disappointed and I will be reaching out to cooperate about this!
Worst pizza hut experience ever. Woof. -Got four mozzarella sticks instead of eight. -Did not get marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks. -Pan Pizza was super flat, hyper greasy, had zero browning, and lacked any toppings along the outer TWO INCHES. Somequick math reveals that is 75.36 square inches missing from a 153.86 square inch pie--almost a full half of the pie with notoppings at all. I love pizza hut, but this was absolutely the worst.

Albeit this place is always busy and seeks out of control they got it going on way better than papa Johns. Came in Christmas Eve day cause my kid wanted to use his free pizza coupon and was greeted with the most enthusiastic attitude. Made the wait pleasant. Food was good and this fireplace inside makes this establishment seem like it?s on the alps or on a ski resort. Very calming.
This is the second time I've experienced unprofessional service at Pizza Hut. I waited 45 minutes for my pickup/curbside order. When I called to let them know I had arrived and gave my vehicle details, I still had to go inside to find my order sitting there getting cold. No one could explain why my order was just left waiting.
Not only did it take over two hours for the pizza to be delivered when it is 5 minutes from my house but they also refuse to answer their phone and forgot half our order. The pizza was over cooked and poorly made. Whatever changed in the last monthchanged for the worse. I used to love ordering from here. Never again.
I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a very long time, since the last time wasn't the best but I decided to for my son's birthday party since they had the best deals. All 4 pizzas, cheesesticks and wings were all very good, honestly I was surprised at howgood it was. I will be ordering more often now

Pizza Hut is usually fantastic, but sometimes their menu items can be a bit too greasy. When the pizza arrives cold, that thick layer of cheese becomes less appetizing. Because of this, some of my friends who are trying to watch their weight prefer to be cautious with their choices.
I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious lemon pepper wings. Although my pizza arrived cold, it was still quite good overall.
