I regret to say that there was a young girl working at the restaurant who was managing everything by herself. I wish I knew her name because she was incredibly hardworking, balancing pizza making, answering phone calls, handling online orders, and processing payments all at the same time. The owner of this place should feel ashamed for not giving her better support. She absolutely deserves a bonus that recognizes her dedication and hard work. Great job, young lady! Your work ethic is truly commendable.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a 2-topping Pan pizza but received a 2-topping Hand Tossed instead. It arrived 30 minutes late, and the driver showed no concern. Why is it so difficult to follow simple instructions? I gave you a second chance, but your store’s service is still terrible. Good luck.
