The store was very underused on New Year's Day and they were very behind the orders. I had to wait 35 minutes after the confirmation email that my online order would be ready. However, the young woman worked at the front counter (I think her name was Natalie? showed exceptional stability and courtesy despite an overwhelming amount of work and hostility from certain customers. It deserves an increase and the whole praise for the treatment of such a stressful situation so graceful and professional.
There are two points I want you to be aware of. First, I requested my order to be delivered by 1:15 P.M. but it arrived 10 minutes late. Finally, I asked for the cheese sticks instead of the normal bread sticks for my dinner box, but I still received the bread sticks while still being charged an extra dollar.
The pizza was good. The service was good. I'd like to come in, but they were closed inside. I wanted a water and they said they had no cups.
DELICIOUS Hawaiian Deep Court Pizza and it came in 30 minutes! I was hungry and that was just the ticket. Thank you. Pizza hat!
