I've been ordering Pizza Hut online for collection only, as a family treat through winter lockdown. I was shocked how expensive they are, but surprised at the deals they offer. Its still not cheap, but a treat is a treat. Quick and easy to order, with an immediate email confirmation with expected collection time (usually 20 mins) and it gives me time to get there and get a Friday night bottle of something nice on the way. The order is always ready, and the staff are dead nice and friendly. I know deliveries are a nightmare at busy times, and it does not work with hot food. I always collect from anywhere, and I'v rarely been let down. The pizzas are nice, not fab, but well made, plenty of top...
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service of the staff and the rudeness of putting the phone down rang over 30 times we called the restaurant to fix our order. no answering the when they did they did nothing to correct the mistake or help just was not bothered it is completely unacceptable behaviour and down right rude. My advise stay away from this shop ! Or get new staff who have manners and morals not just working for the fun of it… and to top it off the was a massive black hair in my kids pizza unclean not bothered joke of a shop.
I placed an online order and began following up on the delivery 30 minutes after the estimated time. Despite calling multiple times for an hour, we received no response and our order never arrived. Adding insult to injury, we later received an email from the restaurant hoping we enjoyed our meal, even though we never received it. The online customer service was no help either. Complete shambles!
Racheal the shift manager could not care less that our order was wrong, when highlighted she went on to say that the incorrect part of the order was the cheapest and would refund that or send out the missing items three hours later, shocking service, shocking customer care. Avoid and stick to Pizza Hut at least you get your order or free next time!!!

Without doubt... The worst pizzas I've ever had! Farmhouse pizza dry and tasteless, pepperoni tasteless and swimming with grease! Wedges dry and undercooked, on a more positive note, the delivery guy was really nice! Would've been a better idea to eat the £20 note instead of the tasteless, dire excuse of a takeaway that was delivered... Appalling!
Ordered 6.30 told 85-95 mins food turned up at 10.30 cold kids in bed by then !!! Did try to call and cancel but was unable to get through, no response from customer services. I appreciate these are difficult timed but the chance to cancel would have been good. Kids disappointed waste of £30.00
Ordered cookie dough dessert with ice creams!!!! After 40 min wait food arrives no ice cream driver has to go back for ice cream in the mean time cookie dough cold and past it.... loss of appetite after a long pointless wait and to ring and not get an apology
We enjoy going to Pizza Hut restaurants after our shopping trips and having tried various other Pizza Deliveries, we have not been impressed. But our Pizza from Pizza Hut Delivery was really very good. We now don't even consider sending for any other.

The food was decent. The restaurant was difficult to locate because the red and white signage was not visible. The exterior appeared to be quite neglected and did not have any recognizable national brand presence.
Always a great Pizza from here. They deliver quickly, and it's always nice and hot. What more can you ask for?
