I can only share great things about my experience, despite a small mishap. I spoke with the General Manager, Vett, and she did an outstanding job in resolving the issue! I'd love to see more professionals like her in other restaurants because she truly understands the essence of customer care. Having worked in the food industry for many years, I recognize that mistakes can happen, and I've encountered both good and bad managers. Vett certainly stands out as excellent! She is definitely a guardian of customer service!
For my first visit to Pizza Hut in White Oak, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was prompt and friendly, thanks to Haley, who greeted us with a smile as soon as we arrived. Although we had to wait a bit longer than I was initially told over the phone, the staff kept us informed throughout our wait. They even kindly provided my daughter with a soft drink, which was a nice touch. I was very impressed! Management should be really proud of their team. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Well all I can say is great things other than one little mishap and I spoke with the General Manager, Vett and she did an amazing job at fixing the issue! For some reason Pizza Huts won't allow a customer to have just wings. They force the customer to buy the drummets as well. They say it's a rule. So losing a customer is ok. I can go to any restaurant and order just wings without being told that it messes up their inventory. I'll not patronize Pizza Hut again. Book a table now
The service was very slow on the night I visited. They kept saying it would be just five more minutes, but eventually they confessed that they had messed up the pizzas. I hope my next experience will be better.
The order was accurate and ready in the typical 15 minutes that Pizza Hut takes. The staff member at the pickup window was friendly and courteous, and they generously topped the pizza without holding back.
Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever attempted to eat. It was my first time ordering from White Oak, and honestly, I could have made a better pizza myself using a flour tortilla.
Pizza was amazingly good, the workers have outstanding customer service and food was ready on time. Thanks for your service, i will definetly be back again. Book a table now
