I will never order from this restaurant again! The person who took my delivery order was incredibly rude. They seemed busy, so I tried to overlook it. When my delivery arrived, two items were missing. I called to let them know, thinking they would simply send the missing items. But that was not the case. A woman answered my call and, after asking if I had checked the box, attempted to charge me for the items I had already paid for. I explained that I didn't want to place another order—I just wanted my missing items. She called me back 4 or 5 more times, questioning me each time. When I called back, the same woman answered. I told her my order, and with an attitude, she said it would be out of the oven in five minutes. After waiting over an hour, she's telling me it’s just now coming out? Seriously? What’s worse is she then asked me if I still wanted the order! After all that time and with people at home waiting for the food?
Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. No customer should ever be treated this way by any establishment.
I ordered a pizza and waited two hours for delivery. When it finally arrived, I opened the box to find that all the toppings and cheese had slid to one side of the pizza. I also ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, but the bread was burnt. I won't be coming back again.
Disappointing, overpriced, and unauthentic Italian pizzeria! The restaurant feels outdated, and the food on display looks stale. Nothing tasted fresh... save your money and go somewhere else!

Some of my family members and friends use Carmen's as their regular pizzeria and it does not disappoint. Good pizza at a fair price. I love their garlic knots and their veggie pizza!
