When your wife craves Thai in Germany, this is where you take her. I've been to this place twice now and although it's not 100% to what I'm accustom to with regards to the flavors I have come to expect with Thai restaurants in America, it still comes pretty close to my flavor preference. I ordered a Chardonnay and one of the Chicken entrees #54-the Thai basil enticed me). The Chardonnay was top notch and the food was prepared rather quickly. This place satiated my Thai craving while in Germany. It definitely hit the spot. Food was pretty good. Portions were decent. Menu is quite large with many options. Service was really good fast and friendly. Wonderful ambiance and environment. A German English menu is available; plus, the staff speaks English, so it is quite helpful. I went for lunch (13:00 14:00) in the mid week after walking around Böblingen, and it was not busy. Other parties seemed pleased with their experience. Would have received a higher rating, except that the dishes are somewhat overpriced, and the room temp 'still water ' was €3.20 per glass. No bottle of water was provided, just two glasses filled with what could have been tap water for all I know. Two entrees, a small appetizer, one green tea, and two glasses of still water came to just over €53...then the waiter looked at me like I was supposed to leave the change from the €60 I used to pay my bill for his tip!
