It's a true local institution, I visited it on vacation and met a man who's been going there for 30 plus years. Old style Italian with a large sit-down bar and many booths to eat at. We were to take out vegetable Pizza as well as a meatball sub. Justa warning I think in the Clearwater area they don't believe in adding a lot of tomato sauce so you should check with your waitstaff . And good size meatballs that were tasty, we also had the Italian wedding soup which my wife loved. A shout out to thestaff they were very nice
I was told not to tell anyone about this local hidden gem. The atmosphere is amazing. Our server was so friendly and personable. She had a smile that up the room. They have a bar if you don't want to sit at a table or booth. The menu is under glass. The food was so good from the appetizers to the main courses. The portions are very generous and noone finished their meals. To go boxes please.
A HIDDEN GEM! The food will send your taste buds on a rocket ship to heaven. The pizza is perfect! The wings are large and flavorful! The wait is a little long but the quality of the food more than makes up for the wait! The atmosphere is also great! It has a home feeling to it and the staff is also super nice! Will be coming back in the future!
I was very unhappy with this place for quite a while, but it is pretty darn close to perfect now!!! The margherita pizza is fabulous, the calzone is not only huge, but delicious; and the service is great. I love being able to go and pick up my orderand not even have to get out of the car. And, when we dine in they have a great pitcher special!

Been coming to Largo for 25 years and just discovered this place. We went there tonight. Wow! Talk about good! I had the best manicotti I?ve ever eaten. And I?ve had Italian all over the US and Italy. My husband?s shrimp scampi was equally delicious.Breadsticks were so good. This place is a gem!
Very tasty and reasonably priced pizzas with a chewy hand tossed crust. The Hawaiian (ham, bacon, pineapple on bbq sauce base) was very yummy with lots of toppings. The pepperoni pizza was good but needed more seasoning. Will admit we are pizza snobs so saying that we would still order again!
I’ve been eating here since I was 4 years old- now I’m almost 26. It has never changed and it has been over 20 years of the same amazing food. I hope Pizza Shack will stay up and running until I’m old and grey! Couldn’t say enough good things about this place.
