I used to love Pizza Express but was disappointed during my recent visit. It had been a while since I last went. The staff were excellent and very attentive. However, the food was sadly bland and uninspiring, and I felt it was overpriced. We were seated next to a noisy table of children, while their parents were sitting at the other end of the restaurant. It felt like we were at a kids' party. Although I'm not sure if it was the restaurant's fault, they did accept the booking. Overall, I won't be in a hurry to return.
Tonight we came for a dinner in Pizza Express High cross. On arrival we were sat and left alone for around min. Looking around for a waitress, eventually our order was taken with mistakes, such as incorrect side. Another waiting for food without...any apology. Gluten free pizza on a small size looking like from kids menu. All in all it was a big disappointment with poor quality service and overpriced food. We felt there unwanted. Never go again.
Yesterday afternoon, my work colleagues and I had our Christmas meal at this restaurant. The service and food were excellent. We pre-ordered and everything was available, came out together, and the attention to detail in announcing the food and the person's name was a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon, I would highly recommend this venue for group bookings.
Yesterday we went to st. Peter squar Leicester Pizza express. Festive season, buzzy, service is excellent,but all the dishes we ordered is severely is bit colder,only we received hot one dish was canaloly. Staff is friendly. Children activity is superb. It's didn't get what we...want. Management should take this views for consideration.Thanks

As always, the service was great at this restaurant, but this time we had a new server taking care of us. He was fantastic and upbeat, making sure we had a good experience and that our food arrived promptly. His name was Hisham and he truly made our day with his genuine chit chat. He is a top man and we hope he continues to excel in his role!
Our waiter was called Mina or mena but her customer service was excellent and made sure our needs were met, constantly working hard and making sure our group of two tables, had a great experience at the Leicester high cross will be returning back...soon
The Pizza Express in Leicester is situated in a great location. The restaurant is well-lit and roomy, with cozy seating for customers.
I tried a pizza with an egg on top for the first time and it was amazing! The dessert was also delicious.
