TONIGHT I GOT A ORDER FROMA PLACE CALLED Flame house in middlewood road Loxley(see picture) . If you have a Brain cell do not order from these EVER!!!! They do not care, the are rude on the phone. because of this their order, which was a rip off and dicgrace went to the bin. However pizza are us brought me a mixed large kebab with fully loaded with the tastiest sauce I have had in a long time. Pizza are us have won hands down with quantity and quality delivery guy was proffesional. The food was hot and tasty and worth every pound I spent. Easy to order and quick deliver. The pizzas and garlic bread we had were lovely and very enjoyable. Would definitely order from here again. It does ask if you would like your food left on the doorstep which I would have preferred. The delivery guy did have a mask on but didn’t leave the food as requested

We never received our food after waiting for 2 hours and paying for it. We have been unable to contact the restaurant and it appears to be closed. This situation is frustrating as they were still open to take our money and order. It is disappointing and unacceptable.
Really bad customer service! I called to place an order tonight and was disgusted at the way I was spoken to just because they were busy. Very unprofessional and downright rude!! I've been a loyal customer to this place but will never order again!
Been here a few times, always collect and the food has been hot and delicious every time. Kebabs are tasty and the lamb was good quality and tender. Pizzas are deep pan and very filling. Calzones are huge.
Please address this issue, guys. Serving reheated donner meat from a bucket is unacceptable and disgusting! I have concerns about the health and safety standards of this establishment.

They took the money through uber eats and were late and then when contacted went to answer phone every time not happy 0 food from a ten pound delivery
