Also wenn ich könnte würde ich hier überhaupt kein einziger Stern vergeben. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant überhaupt nicht zu besuchen. Ein extrem freches Wirtenpaar, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Man wird herablassend behandelt oder einfach ignoriert. Man hört nicht zu und es wird einfach davon gelaufen wenn man mit ihnen spricht. Auf der Homepage schreiben sie... fatto a mano con amore e passione... Im Service ist leider nichts davon zu sehen.
During our stay in Friedrichshafen in July 2020 we've been to Centrale twice. The first time by coincidence we dropped in for lunch. The pizza was very crispy and tasty. The spaghetti with meatballs, olives and tomato sauce were just great. So a few days...later we decided to go there for dinner. Again both dishes (we decided to have pasta) were fresh and full of flavors. The size of the portions are rather large.
Nie wieder!! Die Pizza erhielten wir mit einer verkohlten Fliege und in der Pasta war Alufolie. Wir haben den Ladenbesitzer daraufhin höflich informiert doch er hat das Problem nicht eingesehen und fing an uns zu beschimpfen und wurde aggressiv. Total arroganter und unhöflicher Typ. Rezensionen werden vom Ladenbesitzer entfernt, passt auf!
Pizza is with good dough, they are making good margharita with extra buffalo cheese with generous basil and herbs, real good taste. The spaghetti is al dente and good portions, very tasty. Very friendly service and attentive, good dining experience. Book a table now
Good place for a Beer and Pizza! You get a Real Italian Pizza. Also good salad. Very friendly. If I come back i will be here again. The worst thing you have to wait a litle bit we have wait half an hour) ....But is nice place.
this place is great! everything is so fresh and I am happy to see a place that actually has great spicy salami (as american pfefferoni) on her pizzas!
great pizza very friendly service. beautiful and thin napolean style crust with good toppings. they didn't have the bottle chianti we ordered. server.

Sit in the square and watch the world go by as you eat your pizza. I had the volcanic it was big but not too spicy. Friendly waiter.
