We spotted this place on the way back from the beach, liked the garden and pool so we came back for a nice family dinner. Unfrotunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The staff is not interested, maybe that's the best description. Not rude or unpolite, just indiferrent, just want to serve you and get over with it. The food is mediocre, at best. We ordered diferrent things burger, suckling pig, beefsteak, pizza. Except for the pizza, everything else was far from tasteful. The worse was the pork which was not exactly the suckling pig, but more of a boiled one. Tapas were OK. The prices are not too high but definitely not low, compared to the quality you get. We chose this restaurant because it always seemed to have more people in it than the others plus it had a nice setting with the trees and the waterfall going into the pool. The greeting was friendly and we were shown to our table. The service was quick plus friendly we was even given a quick funny Spanish lesson from the owner. The food was freshly cooked and hot and tasty plus the beer was cold. The paella servings could be a bit bigger as they did leave you wanting more but they tasted good, however it meant you had room for the lovely desserts. We had a lovely meal in this restaurant, and am surprised at the negative reviews. The owner was attentive and the staff were polite. We all enjoyed a starter and the paella which was very tasty. The deserts were pretty standard but we enjoyed them. The beer was cold and served in a freezing cold glass, just perfect for a hot summer evening. We tried to speak Spanish with the owner who was very helpful in teaching us Spanish words. We will definitely go back next year.
We went to La Torre several times during our holiday because the food was good and the sangaria the best in LÉscala. The meals are delicious especially the paella. There is a good selection of wines and they certainly know how to serve good coffee. Atmosphere is really nice with the pool. The staff, especially the owner are exceptionally helpful. We spent some wonderful evenings here and would certainly recommend this restaurant.

We weren't convinced by price/quality of restaurants next to the beach so we wandered around and found this lovely little place. I had a steak, and my wife and kids ordered pizza. The service was fast, friendly and efficient, and the food was superb! We'd just arrived and were hungry and tired, so we were over the moon to have found this place. Highly recommendable.
Scammers. We paid two euros for plates, we were told that we would receive this money back on delivery of the plates. Not so, scammers! We paid a lot of money for a paella that was not so delicious. Staff was not so friendly.
