It was ok there is no drive through at this location and even though we walked right up to the counter to order. The CSR told us she would be right with us and. There didn't seem to be any rush to get us taken care of just seems like no matter how busy it is or about to be she wasn't really eager to get people In And out quickly.. Now Grant-it she was the only employee working so maybe that is the reason for her slow and steady pace seems like maybe she was a little aggravated that noone was there to help her or maybe someone called in idk the reasoning but definitely. When ordering coffee or expresso it takes at least 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee first off. Then when ordering coffee you ADD things such as syrup, whip cream, X-TRẢ shots you literally have to WATCH your drink being made, because you will NOT get your whip your x trả shot or your correct flavor in it. I wonder why Pj’s have so many problems. Also I got served watered down espresso. Like who does this? Never will do BUISNESS with PJ’s again. I’ve lost so much money think about it $0.50 for the x-trá’s and think how many people buy coffee and not get their whittle X-trá’s. I wonder how much money they save on that in their department. The drip coffee, pastries and food are great. If you actually enjoy real espresso drinks, this place is joke. Every time I have ordered a cappuccino or even just a double espresso with whipped cream (the employees have no idea what it is if you ask for a con panna , I have been very disappointed. Today, they were so understaffed that just ordering 2 drinks was frustrating. My husband gave up trying to explain a double espresso with whipped cream or a real cappuccino and ordered me a latte and even it tastes completely burned.

This isn’t the first time I have walked in and ordered something to eat and each time I’ve gotten cold ham and cheese croissants, even after I asked for it to be warmed. Cashier didn’t seem too pleasant. Atmosphere was awkward. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
I love PJs. I come every morning on my way to school. I run into a lot of teachers here. Very nice young people are the baristas.
Coffee poor in taste quality. Sweet drinks are too sweet that all you get is sugar taste. For the price..its not a great deal.
It was fabulous, I can't get there often enough, but there's a lot of regulars I noticed , !!!!
