Poke Burrito - Table reservation

I love the food and for its price. However, service is a hit or miss. Inconsistent. This time there were three of us, a lady placed her order first, then me, then another person. The last person got his order before all of us, and then me, and I didn't see the lady get hers yet. Reverse order much?Also the people seemed newer in training. Also the guy paid for his order first, but when I placed, I didn't pay until after pick up. Just odd order to not be consistent, again. Will I come again? Probably.

New to the neighborhood, was exited to check this out as a quick bite since I've walked by numerous times while running errands. Order (through Toast) was ready to be picked up within the estimated time. Bag was stapled when I arrived so couldn't check. Walked 20-plus minutes before finally sitting down to eat. As I did, I realized there was no salmon? I double checked my receipt (attached) and definitely paid for it (ordered the build you own with two proteins). So sad!

In a rush so I got takeout, quality was the same as dine in. There were a lot of sauce options, so far I tried the house sauce and the shoyu, both did not disappoint. I made it a goal to try every flavor there. The chips were very crunchy and had a hint of wasabi flavor, wish there was more chips.

The older gentleman with grey hair is not the kindest. Every move or request I had, he would respond with attitude. Don't work here if you are just going to ruin customers' experiences. I love the bowls but won't be returning because I hate dealing with him!

Ive been coming here since high school and now i'm in my final semester of nursing school and I have always chosen poke to sustain me through out. Love the friendly staff and especially the owner for looking out for me!Food: 5/5
