Service is quick and efficient ONLY IF you order in person. I made the massive mistake of ordering online AHEAD of time for immediate pick up (11:30AM) on their actual website and I got an email that my pick up was delayed to 11:50AM due to back up kitchen orders . Keep in mind they open at 11AM, so that 's almost an hour after they open for pick up of an advance order. It 's a shame that an advance order was penalized. There were door dash orders that were ready faster than mine. They prioritize their in person customers and deliver...
This is my second visit to this restaurant. Initially, I was a bit surprised by their small scoops, which looked quite tiny. However, after choosing my sides, I found that the portions were actually quite generous. I appreciate the portion sizes, the staff's patience, and the overall cleanliness of the place. It gives me a sense of comfort knowing I can rely on their cleanliness standards. The staff is also well-groomed and professional. I do wish they offered a wider variety of side dishes, but I will definitely be returning!
Came across this place in passing and decided to stop in for some poke. The menu is self explanatory and portions were a good size. They inside and there is an outside shared eating space to enjoy. The service was good, staff stayed engaged from beginning to end. I checked in on the yelp app and received a free item, I picked a soda. I will definitely come back as they also have the five star app..double bonus, but the app wasn't popping up for me so I had to pass on the free stars.
Placed order online, specifically put that they go easy on the spicy Mayo. Once I picked up and got home noticed it was drenched in spicy Mayo. I called it in immediately and the person helping me, mentioned he couldn't do anything about it. I offered to take it back so that they can replace it and shake them that it had too much Mayo but he refused. I have been at this establishment many times and never had this problem. The customer service to fix this situation is horrible !!!!

Very good new poke place in downey! Excellent customer service and food quality. Everything is pretty much customizable and tastes great. Price is comparable to other similar Poke concepts but the friendly employees really make me come back again and again.
The food here is amazing and incredibly tasty. However, I’ve noticed that they’ve raised their prices twice in the past six months, which is a little disappointing. I also only received three chili packets, and I really enjoy my chili!

This is truly one of the best poke bowls I've had in a long time! Even though I don't live in Downey, I'm more than willing to make the trip to enjoy it again.

Poke is delicious, do not recommend the fish and chips they use too much batter and very little fish.
