STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACECan't be more disappointed with this place, first of all I just order the food because it was late and it was the closest location and my kid really wanted this chicken..is a grease chicken and was served cold.. we were just passing by thru the state heading home, the location says that closes at 9pm and it was only 8:20.... the cashier refused to let us eat inside even it was 40 minites prior to the closing time.. my wife kindly asked the lady manager in turn to let us stay inside for only 10 minutes so we can let our kid eat without been seating in the car seat and she was so rude and disrespect to her and still kicked us out.. I'm definitely not coming back...
I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was abysmal, and I was taken aback by the quality of the 4-piece mixed order I received. The chicken was burnt, and the beans appeared to be carelessly thrown onto the plate. The chicken was tough and tasted stale, which made me feel sick, and I ended up throwing up shortly after. I recommend being cautious if you're thinking about eating here. We eventually returned the food and contacted the health department. I cannot recommend this place at all!
I wanted to order a 20 piece fried chicken, but they told me they couldn't fry anymore because it was 9:20. THE STORE CLOSES AT 10. So then I asked for the 12, and they told me there was not enough fried chicken. I told them, give me a half grilled andhalf fried. Multiple people came into the store after I ordered and they had to fried more chicken because there was no more.Then when I get home, I notice they only gave me EIGHT pieces when I told them 12. They also gave me a burnt chicken. Nevergoing again.
The food here is outstanding. I had a leg and a thigh served with rice, an empanada, and guava juice, and everything was delicious. The customer service was excellent, although the service was a bit slow. Given that they have just opened, I'll allow them some time to enhance their efficiency. Overall, I had a great experience!

Staff was great when I was there. I definitely will be coming back, much closer than the Langley Park location.Parking: Parking is a bummer. If you go to Pollo Campero at HYATTSVILLE,MD, go with a plus +1, so that one of you can stay in the car and the other orders and pickup or picks up order.
Always running out of white meat. I have been here on 2 different occasions, and the same thing has happened. And they tell customers it's an hour wait for white meat because customers that come in earlier are waiting on white meat. RidiculousFood: 5/5
The service was frustratingly slow; there was only one cashier who was also serving food. I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal, even though there were only three customers in the restaurant. However, I must say that the food was excellent—5 out of 5!
