Im going to be completely honest here. I hate coming to Pollo Regio, especially this location. I only come because my son loves the rice. It 's rare when I pull up to the speakers and they answer, I usually sit there and wait a few minutes before anyonegreets me, sometimes I get irritated and say HELLO?! . It 's been a few times that I skip the speaker and head straight to thewindow because nobody takes my order. How hard is it to say Hi welcome to Pollo Regio, give me a second please . That 'sliterally my only issue, they just take too long EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Whether they have multiple cars or not.
