Picture it: You had a long work week, you're tired and you just want some comfort food and a relaxing evening. You order uber eats and wait anxiously for over an hour to get your beloved pollo tropical. You're ready to pig out and watch a good show. Not so fast. You immediately notice that NONE of the drinks you ordered are there. And the uber driver has literally run to their car and is gone in 6 seconds. But wait, there's more. Or less I should say. There's an entire mojo pork missing, no mac and cheese, no mashed potatoes and gravy. You ordered 15 cilantro garlic sauces just in hopes they would give you a fraction of that but there's NOT A SINGLE ONE to be found. The frustration is eating...
I just ordered a 1/2 chicken with black beans and rice and macaroni and cheese. I read the drive through menu wrong and thought it said 1/2 chicken with black beans and rice and 1 side for $8.59… so when I got to the window, I mentioned that and they kindly gave me the promo price for the 1/2 chicken meal of 7.49 tax. However, once I got home and opened my meal, I had a thigh piece and a leg, which by my calculations is a 1/4 chicken. Seriously? You do this all day and don’t know the difference between a 1/2 1/4?Unacceptable.
Definitely not fast. I know they press the sandwiches as ordered ,but damn. Half hour later.. At least most of the food is good. Update last week forgot my beans when I got bean rice bowl. Just got crispy chk Cuban. They forgot the ham and chk burnt to hell. Never going back. 3 strikes .
I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered through app. Went to store and they didn't realized we ordered. So it took for ever. Would have left but already paid through app and couldn't get anyone to help. Super rude girl packing food. Doors locked at 7:40pm? Won't be back.
