Pompton Espresso Bar is a welcome new addition to town, and I really hope they succeed.The interior is spacious with a variety of seating options. There is a small selection of pastries, fruit cups, and parfaits to choose from as well as a hot-food menu hidden away on the condiment counter. We sampled a few of the pastries, which were all tasty, but not quite warmed up all the way.My wife very much enjoyed her chai latte, and I tried a pour over. They had a few options for beans, but the barista didn't seem to have much knowledge about the differences.Overall, the coffee bar has a lot of potential, and I think just needs to work out a few small details as they start up. I definitely recommen...
The lavender oat latte was amazing! Already thinking about having it again, maybe tomorrow!
