I don't visit Guida's frequently due to the distance from my workplace/home, but when I do, it's always a delightful experience. This review is from my most recent visit on July 26, 2024. Every person I encountered was friendly and the service was prompt. On this visit, I enjoyed a slice of pepperoni pizza which was absolutely delicious. The pizza had the perfect balance of flavor, not too greasy or thick, with just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperonis. The temperature was also spot on. I am so sad to have to write such a poor review, because this used to be our go-to pizza place...but every experience we 've encountered here in the last few months have been horrible. Our orders are NEVER ready when we get there we 've even gone 15-20 minutes late), multiple times we 've gone in and the guy is yelling, cursing, and slamming things around in the back. And this most recent time, we showed up 25 minutes late, and they somehow managed to lose our pizza. Didn 't offer to rectify the situation at all and just said sorry, gonna need another 15 minutes... the food is good though!!
How come, from multiple pizza joints, has it been such a task to fully cook the middle of a pizza. The middle was a little undercooked, not a big deal. But how stoned do you have to be to put one metalball in an order that should have three meatballs. To the presumably counting while impaired employee: that would be like ordering 3 blunts but only getting one blunts. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.
Pizza has been amazing for years I drive from buffalo ny to get it ...super nice staff...I feel that if you have a complaint from this place then you're just a sad Sally....never wait long for my pies even during a busy rush

The restaurant was uncomfortably warm and could benefit from a fan or air conditioning, or simply opening a door. The pizza was delicious, but the staff were unprofessional in their interactions with each other.
Big guy with the bald spot showing is unbelievable nasty to his staff and not afraid to be awful while customers are standing there. Would not suggest.
Pizza was pepperoni.. sausage.. mushroom.. good but center crust was a bit raw. Leftover warmed in oven was ok
I love the food here. The service is always great whether it's delivery or pick up.

The Schwarzkopf is both an abomination and one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
