Very Long Story Short, waited 55 mins for my online app order to be boxed up (everything was already prepared) The people who I had seen walk in, order, and receive their food in about 6-8 mins, were ahead of me, according to the lady working the register and my order couldn’t be fulfilled until it was “my turn”. Employees behind the counter were some of the most unprofessional, foul mouthed, very loud and obnoxious people I’ve ever seen. So I hopped on the app and received a $15 credit on my next purchase, which I decided would be the following day. This time I was 50 mins.. I couldn’t believe it. The mobile order was not ready, they didn't even start it. They refused to give items ordered from app, no blueberry pie, no jam, no sweet bbq, no butter. They also said out of coal slaw, that seems impossible unless they left it out to go bad. Had to ask 5x for missing chicken dark meat thai. They forgot napkins and plastic wear, also refused to give honey for biscuit, but everyone else got honey even after me, guess they went in back to get more. This was not even at a busy time. Food is great like other Popeyes we 've been to. However the service is awful. The woman that took our order was extremely rude. When we didn 't order our food in 10 seconds after her asking what we wanted she repeated it in a very aggressive way. When wewere driving up to the window she flagged up down before we could move up and made us wait behind the window. Why? After we paidher she asked me, Do you have three pennies? I was confused because I was the one that needed change back. She snapped at me, That isn 't what I asked you. Do you have three pennies?? I 've never had anyone in the service industry be that nasty before.

Great food, laughable incompetence. This is the story of every single Popeyes, isn't it? Their food is great, but every franchise is incompetently run, to the point that it has become a meme. On my last visit, I stood around for 40 minutes waiting for a single combo meal, alongside several other angry customers, as five employees stood around seemingly doing nothing.I love Popeye's food, but it is honestly becoming not worth it to ever get it. Every location I have ever visited is exactly like this.
I really enjoy Popeyes but not at this particular restaurant. I had placed an online order while sitting in the parking lot. I waited at least 10 minutes to go into the restaurant to pick it up (you couldn't go thru the drive thru ???? I ordered mashedpotatoes and gravy and they didn't even tell me that they were out of gravy! Instead just put plain potatoes in my bag. Butthey sure made sure to let the other lady picking up food to know and gave her a chance to choose another side. Wth?
I had totally lost hope in Popeye's because the location near me is awful. However, this one was a pleasant surprise! Although the drive-thru was a little slow, the cashier was friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I used the drive-thru, so I didn't get to check out the inside, but the outside looked clean and well-kept. The overall appearance was quite inviting. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stop by. Parking: Ample parking available.
I ordered from their app a few nights ago. I ordered an extra biscuit my order included a strawberry lemonade. So I sent someone to pick up my order both of those items were missing. I tried calling of course, no answer. I went up there the next day because it late, and they did nothing. It's cool, that's the last of my money that they get. And yes, I still had have my receipt.

I just wanted to say how absolutely lovely and kind your staff were tonight. I accidentally expressed a frustration out loud instead of in my head (nothing that was their fault and quickly apologized (I feel awful-again, my apologies, ladies!!! .It's my first time eating Popeyes in over 16 years. I'll be back to this location in the future.
