With gas prices so high and us already settled in, we weren’t about to drive all the way back just for some mashed potatoes. I have to commend Popeyes for creating an outstanding chicken sandwich that competes with Chick-fil-A's—dare I say it might even be better. Once Popeyes is back in stock, I plan to visit again to see if my taste buds were right. I hope the excitement calms down, as the lines for this chicken sandwich were quite long. While the sandwich was delicious, I don’t think it was worth the 30-minute wait.
I stopped by the drive-thru to order some wings. On my first visit, they had just a light drizzle of the sweet and spicy sauce, but there was enough left at the bottom for dipping, which I didn't mind. However, when I went back for a second time, the wings barely had any sauce. I’m not sure if they were running low or simply being stingy with it. I won't be going back.
Went to get lunch for myself and my coworker and basically ordered 2 of the same combo. Got my order wrong,,,wanted mashed potatoes and gravy with my combo, I got cold refried fries. Called to see how to fix and got put on hold for 15 minutes andnothing. Tried calling back and no answer. I dont think I'll be back at this location.

I just went through the drive-thru, and I was really pleased with the service. The chicken was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and everything was quick. I couldn't ask for much more! I'll definitely have to give it another try in the future to see if this experience is consistent.
We placed our order in advance through the app, which went smoothly. Fortunately, I double-checked the order upon pickup and noticed some items were missing. The staff promptly provided the missing food, and I'm very thankful I inspected the bag before leaving!
10/11/22 - Visited Popeyes on Gosford today, and I must say, the team working that night was absolutely on point! They nailed my order perfectly without missing a beat. To everyone who worked that evening, you deserve a raise—great job!
I placed an online order, but my food wasn't ready when I arrived. They did apologize sincerely, but there was no offer of compensation.
