I had a terrible experience at this restaurant location that I frequent, but today the cashier seemed to not know how to take orders properly. I informed the manager and supervisor, but they just argued back and had their employees record my complaint without my consent. After waiting over 10 minutes to place my order, I received cold, stale food that had been sitting out all day. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused and questioned why I wanted one. This location is known for food poisoning, and this experience was unacceptable. The employees in the photos below need to be fired. This is not how customer service should be handled, and I will be contacting corporate.
