What a disappointing experience. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru with just one car ahead of me. I ended up spending $35 on three combo meals, and not one of them was correct, plus the quality was subpar. It was honestly pretty disgusting. I should have known better than to expect good quality from a restaurant in Clifton, but I was eager to try their new chicken sandwich. I’ve certainly learned my lesson. It’s unfortunate that poor quality and incompetence seem to be the norm these days. I’ve heard they’ve changed management multiple times, but it seems to have only gotten worse.
Middle age cross dresser with pink hair running the drive thru was insanely rude and condescending. Didn’t understand them through the speaker and asked what they said, responded to me in the most condescending and slowest way possible, incredibly immature and uncalled for. Plus they got my order wrong and had to turn around and go to the counter to get my order fixed. Either get them to fix their attitude or fire them
I had a chicken sandwich popcorn shrimp and mashed potatoes and gravy. On 4/14/24 and then about an hour later I started violently vomiting. I hadn't eaten anything else so I know it was the Popeyes. I tried to call them and warn them that thay shouldn't sell anymore of that batch if there was any left, but thay wouldn't answer there phone. So if anyone is going to get food there today dont
I was met with a very rude response to me saying “thank you sir” (I hadn’t seen the person speaking to me through the drive through speaker). The response I got was “I’m a women”. Which is fine but once we got up to the window the person that had taken the order never responded to me saying thank you and I’m sorry. Very terrible experience.

Every time I have been to Popeyes in the last two years, they are always out of something. I went through the drive thru. I got my drink, but had to pull around to the front of the building and wait for 15 minutes for my food. Not the first time this has happened.
Okay fried chicken, heavy on the breading, overly greasy, and the spicy chicken isn't that spicy. For fast food fried chicken it's okay(better than Sonic's though)stick with the Cajun fries.
Super clean store, food is al ways on point. The staff is super nice. The lady who does mid afternoon and evenings is a very sweet lady.
I'm not sure if it was the restaurant or Uber Eats but I have never had an order so wrong in my life.
