Chicken was a bit dry. I went inside because I needed a couple of chicken breasts substituted in an 8 piece order. The attendant apparently did not listen when I made the request and failed to do what I asked. She didn't hurry, didn't smile once and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Popeye's used to be great years ago, but now they seem to be content with mediocre food and service. Service: Takeaway
